Bee Happy Childcare: What We Offer

We combine different learning styles to help your child grow confidently and happily.

1. Our Main Teaching Style

We mix the Australian Early Years Learning Framework with popular teaching methods (Reggio Emilia and Montessori).

• Focus on the Child: We follow your child's interests and use play to help them learn.

• Whole-Child Growth: We focus on:

  • Wellbeing: Helping children feel safe, secure, and healthy.

  • Social Skills: Learning to share, communicate, and make friends.

  • Learning Foundations: Introducing letters and numbers through fun, everyday activities.

2. Learning Through Projects (Project-Based Learning)

Children explore one interesting topic over a few weeks.

• How it works: If children show interest in butterflies, they might read books, draw pictures, and learn about their life cycle.

• The Goal: The focus is on the process—asking questions and discovering answers—not just the final result.

• Skills it builds: Critical thinking, creativity, and teamwork.

3. Getting Ready for "Big School" (School Readiness Program)

We have a special program to prepare children for Kindergarten.

• Independence: Children learn to manage their own bags, water bottles, and follow routines.

• Social Skills: Building resilience and learning how to solve problems with friends.

• Academic Basics:

  • Literacy: Recognizing letters, learning sounds, and practicing writing their name.

  • Numeracy: Counting, recognizing numbers, and understanding shapes.

4. Fun Extra Activities

We offer optional programs run by outside experts to give children new experiences (usually for an extra fee).

• DANCE& MUSIC - Happy Feet Fitness: For rhythm, creativity, and fun.

• EXERCISE - Fun Fit Kids Program: building fundamental motor skills and fostering confidence,

• LANGUAGE - ELLA Program: introduces preschoolers to a new world through play.
